Shipping usually takes 1 business day . We ship with A-Post so your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday .

Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipment tracking, as we ship standard via A-Post. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped directly.
Will the package be shipped discreetly?
Yes. Your order will be packaged discreetly and neutrally. The package will not have a Honeypack logo or any indication of its contents.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but please quickly: within 24 hours of ordering.
After that, your package will probably already be on its way to you (our bees work fast).
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
No problem. Just send us an email with a photo, and we'll take care of it immediately.
